Salient Features	Suitable for depositing money and withdrawing money as and when required. Rate of interest : 2.75% w.e.f 01/10/2020.
Eligibility	Individual singly or jointly with another or others not exceeding three persons payable to either or survivor/ any one or survivors/ jointly. Minor person through his/her natural guardian or guardian appointed by a competent court. Illiterate person Blind person and handicapped persons. Clubs, Societies (including co-operative society) or Associations Religious and Charitable institutions acceptable to the bank Trusts HUF not in business SHGs
Value added	RTGS/NEFT Remittances. Issue of Payment instruments (Payorders and Demand Drafts). Multicity cheques collection.
Min Amt	SB account without Cheque facility: Rs.500. SB account with Cheque facility : Rs.1000. SB account – No Frills – Rs.25. Non-maintenance of minimum balance in the account attracts a penalty as prescribed by the Board. No such penalty for accounts of Senior Citizens.

Documents required	Introduction Pass port size photos 3 nos. PAN Card Copy Identity Proof – Copy of any one of the following documents. Voters’ Identity card Driving license Passport Income Tax PAN Card Government / Defense ID Card ID Card issued by employer acceptable to the Bank Pension Book Health Card issued by Insurance Company Senior citizen identity card issued by State Government Address proof – Copy of any one of the following documents Electricity / Water Bill Salary slip containing present address Telephone / Mobile Bill for latest period Income Tax / Wealth Tax assessment order Employer’s letter to the satisfaction of the bank. Letter from a recognized public authority / servant verifying the identity and residence of the customer. House Tax receipt / rent paid Receipt for the latest period Rental Agreement to the satisfaction of the bank. Bank Passbook / Credit card statement for the latest period. Any other reliable document to the satisfaction of the bank.
